Boseong Green Tea is a Korean tea from a sustainable farm hand-picked in early spring. This process of picking only the fine, young leaves early in spring is called, Sejak 세작. It produces delicate but incredibly rich tea. Sweet and oily with notes of pine nuts, freesia, and seaweed, we are proud to offer Boseong as our first Korean green tea.

Hadong green Tea is one of the Korean green teas (along with Boseong green tea) we brought back freshly for the season. This tea is produced in Hadong, South Korea, and carefully crafted by a monk. The slightly savory nutty aroma was due to the roasting of the green tea. It is rare to see roasted Korean green tea, and it will be a good comparison to the more delicate Boseong green tea.

People often called the region Yiwu as “the Queen of Puerh”. We like to use “elegant” to describe Yiwu Puerh, and you can see that in this beautiful raw puerh. This young raw puerh speaks softly of the region that produced it; enjoy the finesse of the tea.

Wuyi Yancha, or cliff tea, is a oolong tea that is grown at the cliff regions in Wuyi mountain, located in Fujian province in China. And Tie Luo Han is traditionally a heavy roasted Yancha. Ithas always been one of our favorite teas in the winter, layers of roasting, dark fruits and mineral finish, a good tea that will make you linger and keep you warm.

Sourced from ancient tea trees in Bing Dao Ba Wai (坝歪) village, this 2022 loose raw puerh embodies the pure character of one of Yunnan’s most revered tea regions. Nestled at around 1,500 meters above sea level, Ba Wai enjoys a pristine environment—shrouded in mist, blessed with abundant sunshine, and surrounded by rich biodiversity—ideal conditions for nurturing exceptional puerh.
As a loose leaf tea, it reveals the quality and integrity of the leaves directly—often regarded as a more transparent expression of the raw material. Loose puerh also matures faster than compressed cakes, making this 2022 harvest already remarkably smooth, complex, and deeply enjoyable.
Ba Wai tea is known for its broad, thick leaves, rich aroma, and distinctive orchid fragrance. In the cup, it yields a dense, full-bodied liquor with confident strength. A firm bitterness emerges at first sip, quickly transforming into sweetness and leaving a lasting hui gan (returning sweetness) that lingers beautifully. Expect a rounded, viscous texture, bold yet harmonious energy, and a finish that continues to unfold through multiple infusions.

This tea is harvested in the early spring from the rare Bai Ye cultivar in Anji County, Zhejiang. Its slender leaves, pale jade with tips, unfurl to reveal a delicate fragrance reminiscent of fresh orchids and tender bamboo shoots.
The liquor is crystal-clear, smooth, and refreshing, carrying layers of soft nutty sweetness, gentle florals, and a cooling finish that lingers gracefully on the palate.
