Shipping

Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3-4 business days, starting from the first business day after when the order was placed.

We charge a flat rate $8 for USPS Priority or UPS Ground(or UPS Ground Saver) Shipping. However we offer complimentary shipping service on order within the US over $150. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking links generally need around 24 business hours to generate.

Please note, only USPS or UPS will be able to offer more details about status or delivery date, or to reschedule a delivery. As per USPS or UPS, delivery adjustments can only be made by the recipient, not by the shipper.

We are offering full refunds for any unfulfilled orders, please contact us at tshopny@gmail.com if you would like a refund. Please make sure to include your order number!

Returns

If you feel that you have not received what you expected, please email us at tshopny@gmail.com. Unused items or unopened tea can be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If item is found damaged, used or open, we are not able to issue a refund. All return shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless items unless the item is faulty or an incorrect order.

For returns on any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. Payments made via credit card can be credited back to the original card used, or a store credit can be issued. Please remember that it can take some time for credit card company to process and post the refund.
