Wuyi Yancha, or cliff tea, is a oolong tea that is grown at the cliff regions in Wuyi mountain, located in Fujian province in China. And Tie Luo Han is traditionally a heavy roasted Yancha. It has always been one of our favorite teas in the winter, layers of roasting, dark fruits and mineral finish, a good tea that will make you linger and keep you warm.
